"Tim Ho Wan, The Dim-Sum Specialists," The most remarkable Hong Kong Cusine

Tim Ho Wan, is a-well known fast-food chain in Hong Kong that sells the most delicious local Chinese Cuisine in Hong Kong. It was crowned last 2009 by the Michelin Star as the cheapest Michelin starred-restaurant in the city. Michelin gave stars to the high-class restaurants worldwide and if you were given by the Michelin, even though it's one star, it's a great honour.

My Family went to Hong Kong last January 2012 and we tried to eat there at Tim Ho Wan  on the last day of our itinerary. To order, they will give you a paper (some sort of receipt but it's not), and all of the foods they serve are listed there and they will put a number to indicate what number you are. In the paper, you just need to check what food/s you want to order. (Good thing our hostel is near at the main branch of Tim Ho Wan in Mong Kok that's why we came back to our hostel and after 2 hours, we went back there again.)

Once your number is called, you need to present the paper that they gave to you filled with the "check" marks of the food/s you'll order. In our situation, we checked all of the menu and 1 serving for each food so we can taste all of the foods listed on the menu.

Before we eat, we took pictures on the foods we order, or some sort of food photography :))

This dish above is their desert I think. It's like a transparent jelly thingy with peanuts inside and the jelly part is mixed with burned-caramelised sugar that makes it delicious.
The Main Branch of Tim Ho Wan is located at Flat 8, Ground Floor, Phase 2, Tsui Yuen Mansion, 2-20 Kwong Wa St,  Mong Kok, Hong Kong, Hong Kong. But I think they moved already—I'm not sure. There are other branches of Tim Ho Wan: The other one is in Ifc mall, still in Hong Kong but I still suggest to eat in the Main Branch because there are rumours that in other branch, the foods are not that delicious.
